To the naked eye it might just look like I sit and cut up labels and glue the bits in to blank jewellery bases…..which when you say it like that you are not wrong….but it is a bit more than that.

Because I work with such small areas I have to make sure that all the images make some kind of sense in that space. I like to take white card with the area of each bezel type cut out and scan it over the labels. That way I can see if it would work better in a certain shape or if I can get more interesting takes on the labels by not using the obvious images or patterns.

Half the fun when people look at the items is seeing them guess the breweries (if they are into the beers) or just liking the items for the art that they are!
